Description

• Maintains consistent stock of components inventory

• Provides inventory reports to warehouse supervisor.

• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.

• Conducts cycle counting and partial audits of physical inventory.

• Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.

• Operates forklift truck when necessary.

• Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• ·Forklift operator certification preferred.
• ·High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with warehouse/logistics workers, purchasing
• department, and coworkers.
• ?Understanding of inventory control procedures.
• ? Proficient keyboarding skills.
• ? Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
• ? Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• ? Understanding of inventory management practices such as analysis and cycle
• counting.
• ? Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• ? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ? Exceptional collaboration abilities.
• ? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• ? Technical - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required,
• especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with an ERP system a plus
• ? Experience with computerized inventory systems required.
• ? Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
• ? HSE Knowledge.
• ? Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous
• improvement).
• ? Forklift operator certification preferred.
