SUMMARY:

The Fleet Tracking Software Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the success of our product during the complete life-cycle, by identifying potential products and features; conducting market research; defining product requirements; aligning launch timelines, collaborating and leading go-to-market strategies, and pricing. The Product Manager will work creatively, cross-functionally and pragmatically to conserve resources and maximize the customer and business value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Determines customers' needs and desires based on research, stakeholder inputs and market trends
• Establish a product roadmap and define long-term strategy across product and features
• Leverage data to understand our customers and market positioning to ensure effective prioritization
• Brings new products and features to market by defining product requirements, working with UX to design, establishing timelines with engineering, managing trade-offs and priorities.
• Launch new features and infrastructure in collaboration with UX, Engineering, Operations and Marketing
• Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership to develop product sales strategies.
• Informs product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing costs; anticipating volume.
• Communications to leadership, stakeholders and others with launch and execution status, product results, roadmap progress and other requests.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5-8 years' product management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Customer and results obsessed with a growth mindset, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term product vision
• History of successfully launching and iterating on SaaS and/or B2B products
• Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
• Ability to gain technical understanding of product
• Excellent relationship building, listening and communication skills

• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
