We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced VP of Sales Business Development to join our client's team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to make a change and build a strong team to take things to the next level. As the VP of Sales Business Development, you will play a key role in growing and building a brokerage team, managing the current sales team, and helping it grow even further.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proven experience in the transportation logistics industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to drive results and meet sales targets
