QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of Project Management experience on projects exceeding $20 Million
- Extensive experience leading Commercial, Hospitality, Medical and/or Multi-family projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project
- Ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
- Understanding of a wide variety of construction disciplines
- Ability to develop construction budgets and work under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
