Position Title : Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
Equipment Maintenance :
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and inspections according to established schedules.
Troubleshooting :
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Repair and Replacement :
- Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts using hand and power tools.
- Order and install replacement parts as needed, maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts.
Safety Compliance :
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure and accident-free work environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of safety procedures.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
Experience :
- 2-5 of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
Skills :
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
