Position Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation including investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discover, attending court hearings, and managing trial preparation
• Provide legal analysis and advice to clients on complex legal matters
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in laws, and legal precedents to ensure accurate and effective counsel

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and contracts
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document production and interrogatories
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings
• Work collaboratively with clients, expert witnesses, and other attorneys on case preparation
• Present oral arguments and defend client interests in court

Position Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
