- Lead the entitlement process for residential land development projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations
- Manage the timeline and budget for entitlement projects
- Strong background in engineering or community planning
- Experience with entitlement for land development
- Network of contacts in the area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
