Position : Commercial Loan Officer- CRE Construction

Job Description : If you're a motivated and experienced Commercial Loan Officer seeking a new challenge, then this amazing opportunity is for you! As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth and success of our client's financial services division.
You will inherit a $50MM Commerial Real Estate Construction Loan Portoflio to manage. In addition you will be expected to orgiante new C&I Loans.
Responsibilities : - Originate and underwrite commercial loans, deposits and related services for a diverse portfolio of clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure loan viability - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and approval - Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements
Essential Job Functions : - Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants - Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements - Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval - Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C ommercial Loan Officer with CRE Construction experience - Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis.

Compensation- $80,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
