ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide daily support to co-workers as follows:

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Vendor Rebate Programs

· General Ledger Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations

· Customer and Vendor Returns

· Customer and Vendor Tool Rental Agreements

· Customer and GPS Tool Repairs

· Vehicle and Equipment maintenance scheduling and reporting

· Other administrative duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Adobe

· Self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Work onsite in a team environment.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
