We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Utilize content management systems to update product information, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring online reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media management

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, TikTok and Amazon)
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
