IMMEDIATE TEMP HR Specialist position available! We are currently representing a well established college in the Atlanta area, seeking TEMP HR specialist to join their team on a contractual basis. This position will last around 2 months, with the potential for extension based on circumstances.
The HR Specialist is a mid-level human resources professional who serves as a general expert in a wide range of human resource-related tasks. He or she is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational & conflict management skills. One should have excellent negotiation & problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & adapt in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
To ensure success, the HR Specialist should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationship, staffing management & training. Top talent will be comfortable managing grey areas, systematized in payroll processing, effective at scheduling & methodical in the recruitment process. While this person would be responsible for creating, updating & applying all HR polices & company guidelines & making sure they adhere to standards & laws initiated by Local, State & Federal authorities.
The selected HR Specialist must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, as well as strong working knowledge of PeopleAdmin software.
