Specific tasks for the Industrial Security Manager include but are not limited to the following:

• Manages a team responsible for safeguarding information against unauthorized disclosure, overseeing security inquiries, conducting compliance assessments, and implementing security controls.
• Develops and executes projects and process plans, establishes policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
• Procures resources for projects provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Cultivates relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Motivates and develops employees, assigns authority and responsibilities to execute plans, reviews execution makes adjustments, and resolves issues.
• Monitors metrics to ensure performance to plan, offering ongoing developmental feedback and recognizing individual and team contributions.
• Defines work group, project, or operational goals aligned with department objectives, measures progress, and executes changes as needed.
• Holds direct reports accountable for achieving goals related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Provides technical direction and guidance regarding approved processes, tools, technology, and skills.
• Manages a contract security force to ensure adequate headcount to support programs and includes billing.

This role requires 100% onsite presence.

Security clearance, including U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, is mandatory, and access to Special Access Programs (SAP) is necessary.

The position may involve up to 25% travel to supported sites.

Education/Experience:

• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
• 3 years of leadership experience leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects
• 5 years of experience in NISP, SAP, and/or SCI domains
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
• 3 years of Project Management experience
• 3 years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
• 3 years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
