Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the designated market. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to manage accounts effectively and provide ongoing account management support - Technical sales knowledge is a plus - Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently This position offers competitive compensation with commission-based incentives, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment.
