Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP is Hiring a Litigation Legal Secretary Near Birmingham, AL

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is actively hiring in our Birmingham office. We are looking to add an experienced litigation secretary to our team. We offer a friendly, business casual environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures
  • Preparing and filing legal documents (Alabama federal and state courts, and a willingness to become familiar with requirements of other jurisdictions)
  • Gathering supporting documents for pleadings, discovery and motion preparation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; as well as close attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience with Chrome River, iManage, and Intapp is a plus
  • Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting.
