Responsibilities:
We have an immediate opening for an entry level Case Assistant in our Honolulu office. The ideal candidate is both a team player and self-starter, seeking increasing levels of responsibility. The firm offers a friendly, business casual environment and full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance., provided you work 30 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- General administrative support, filing, document coding, administrative litigation tasks, data entry
- Assisting with preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- Diligence with deadlines is required
- Successful candidates will have strong communication and responsiveness skills.
Salary Range - $16.00 - $18.00/hourly
