This person will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with

our off-site AR teams and Sales personnel to ensure the accuracy of cash flow to

the Financial Statements and AR Aging reports.

 On-site Position M-F 8am to 5pm

 Contacting customers & resolving payment discrepancies

 Recording and reconciling customer payments and accounts.

 Maintaining customer accounts and records.

 Producing reports as required by management.

 Head Customer collection efforts with team.

 Enter tickets into Customer EDI Portals as needed.

 Other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager

 Knowledge of Quick Books online required.

For this position, it is important that the candidate understands Customer

Standard Vendor Agreement and their corresponding terms & verbiage.

Pay: $49,833.62 - $60,014.68 per year
