Upscale Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities :

• Managing the guest experience and exceeding expectations
• Assuring standards are met
• Oversight of front of house operations
• Help recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members
• Scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and payroll administration
• Controlling costs

Upscale Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications :

• Experience in front-of-house restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of food, liquor, wine, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
• Understanding of cost and labor systems
