Requirements for Full-Service Restaurant General Manager :
- Experience : 3 to 5 years in managing high-volume establishments with annual revenues ranging from $7 to $10 million.
- Responsibilities : Overseeing operations across all shifts to ensure flawless implementation of safety and operational procedures, thereby crafting memorable guest experiences.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, serving as a positive role model.
- Skills : Proficiency in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office and / or G-Suite) and office management, coupled with adept problem-solving, strong guest relations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The capability to manage multiple projects concurrently is essential.
