As Assistant General Manager for our Three-Meal Bakery Restaurant, your background should include the following :

• A proven ability to build, lead, and inspire your team with a focus on accountability and ownership
• Able to develop and implement effective local store marketing strategies
• At least five years of fast-casual or full-service restaurant management experience and two years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a casual full-service restaurant
• Proficiency with store operations, scheduling, cost controls, and inventory management
• Traits : initiative, creativity, problem-solving, delegation skills, accountability, positive attitude, adaptability, willingness to learn, customer-focused
