Operational Leader Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading A shifts.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow.
- Uphold the brand standards and role models in all instances.
Operational Leader Qualifications :
- At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- A minimum 3 years in high-volume restaurant management
- Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
Operational Leader Benefits :
- Above-average base salary of up to $90K
