We are looking for an experienced Commissary Kitchen Manager. This is an opportunity to join a company with a people-focused culture and known for quality food and service in the Hampton Roads area.

Candidates with strong hotel banquet backgrounds, grocery or retail operations will be a match.

Commissary Kitchen Manager Requirements :

• 3 years as a Production Chef in a similar role, hotels, catering company, or retail / grocery
• Strong organizational skills, you will be managing several events throughout any given week
• Ability to forecast product needs and develop prep lists for the staff on a daily and weekly basis
• Experience managing a team of 10 employees, training and counseling as necessary
• Expert in packing food for transport while maintaining quality and meeting all food safety guidelines

Commissary Kitchen Manager Benefits :

• Salary in the 42-48K range
• 20% bonus potential
