Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Service Manager, or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in kitchen management software
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality of food production
