Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements :
- A hands on leader that loves working with his people
- A person with strong business acumen that can plan and control costs
- A high volume operator that can plan and execute accordingly
- Someone who get excited about teaching and developing a team
- A Manager that is detail oriented and sets high standards
- Kitchen Manager experience in a casual dining restaurant of 4 years or more
- Someone who has demonstrated loyalty and has had good tenures
