Seeking Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Innkeeper in Training for Premium Inns in Charlottesville, Waynesboro, and Lexington.

A large upscale inn's head housekeeper could be a good fit.

Home Base and On-site Housing : Waynesboro

Position Type : Full-Time

• Onsite housing : private quarters with bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom, laundry, and kitchenette for one person only, no pets, and no children

Key Responsibilities :

• Housekeeping leadership over 26 premium units across three locations : Oversee housekeeping, manage staff, and maintain service excellence
• Guest experience : Keep guest areas pristine and respond to guest needs
• Innkeeping support : Fill in as Assistant Innkeeper where needed, provide breakfast service, and handle guest interactions
• Administrative Duties : Manage housekeeping budget and supplies
• Live onsite with overnight Manager on Duty coverage from 8 pm to 7am for emergencies only, which are rare

Requirements :

• Must have experience in housekeeping management within hospitality inns, B&Bs, upscale lodges, or boutique hotels
• Innkeeping experience is a plus, but we're willing to train
• Leadership and organizational skills; exceptional customer service
• Willingness to work across three locations and to perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license (travel reimbursed)
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• July or August start date need to give two months' notice, so Innkeeper can move off-site (her choice)

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma required; Hospitality Management degree preferred
• At least 2 years of housekeeping management experience
