As an Executive Director for this non-profit, you will be required to:
- Promote our mission and objectives, and act as a positive influence on the community at large.
- Serve as a liaison between the staff, volunteers, Board of Directors, the community, and government entities.
- Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and with the community.
- Report on revenue and expenditures.
- Manage all financial accounts.
- Develop and manage community outreach, fundraisers, and public relations.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in non-profit management, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of compliance issues involving pertinent State, Federal, and local regulations
- Effective communicator (verbal, written, & presentation skills)
- Fundraising/Grant writing experience
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to unforeseen challenges
- Financial management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Health Insurance
