As the Goodwill Career Center Coach, you will be assisting Goodwill Career Center (GCC) clients to access information and resources necessary to acquire career-related information and to find and retain employment.

Responsibilities :

• Guide Goodwill Career Center clients in best methods to land their desired job.
• Assist Job Seekers with their Resumes and Cover Letters.
• Teach individuals how to search and apply for open positions online.
• Present Career Center workshops on various job search-related topics to clients.
• Perform regular outreach to community members via phone, e-mail, and occasional offsite visits.
• Complete daily required documentation and administrative tasks.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field preferred.
• A combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• Experience working with adults, preferably in vocational programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to engage adult learners, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other Career Center locations for coverage and training purposes.
• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be organized.
