Community Donation Manager

Location: 1800 N. Corrington Ave, Retail, Kansas City - Outlet, MO, 64120

Job Summary:

The Community Donation Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all community donation programs for the retail outlet. This includes identifying potential donation partners, developing relationships with community organizations, and coordinating donation events and drives. The Community Donation Manager will work closely with the store management team to ensure that all donation programs align with the company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential donation partners and develop relationships with community organizations
  • Coordinate donation events and drives, including logistics, staffing, and marketing
  • Collaborate with store management team to ensure donation programs align with company values and goals
  • Track and report on donation program metrics, including number of donations, amount donated, and impact on the community
  • Manage donation budget and ensure all donations are made in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community members and organizations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to community donations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in community outreach or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for community service and giving back

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
