Here at Goodwill, we support persons with Intellectual & developmental disabilities and neurodiversity (Autism Spectrum), with obtaining and maintaining a job in the community.
The DSP-Job Coach is the person who directly works with and supports our individuals and their families in finding a job and career.
We are offer Full Time employment with many benefits starting at $20 / hour (equivalent to $40,000 / Year)

Manage a caseload by providing individual assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities with the mission of assisting them with obtaining, training and maintaining employment.
The most prevalent disability group is Intellectual / Developmental Disability; others may include mental illness, visual impairment, mental illness, or other conditions and impairments.
