MISSION STATEMENT

Position Duties:
1. Possess and maintain working knowledge of current best practices/emerging trends in trauma informed care,
strengthens-based case management model, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), barrier removal needs of
justice impacted residents, mental health services, local housing supports, utility assistance programs and other
federal, state and local resources.
2. Develop high quality training, coaching, and reference documents for direct reports.
3. Develop process maps, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and implementation plans for the direct services
department workflows.
4. Supervises and trains program staff to ensure quality customer service priorities are established.
5. Assist in the development of program policies and procedures related to the direct services department.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with management level representatives from various criminal justice
organizations.
7. Plan, coordinate, manage and lead the Flip the Script annual cohort development, inclusive of but not limited
criminal justice partner engagement, internal process management, final roster development, interventions and
termination communications to partner organizations.
8. Plan, coordinate, manage and lead the Flip the Script justice involved referral process, intake process, case
assignments, individual service plan (ISP) development process, client and partner follow-ups outlines that result
in long-term sustainability for each participant.
9. Review, validate supporting documentation, and submit all supportive services request for approval processing.
10. Work in collaboration with the Flip the Script Partnerships and Quality Manager to identify external supportive
services partnerships needed to assist participants with barrier removal services not allowable by funder
requirements.
11. Work in collaboration with the Flip the Script Partnerships and Quality Manager to forecast potential strategy pivots,
process improvements, and staff training needs that result in high quality service.
12. Monitor and analyze direct services department data entry, case file upkeep, and outcome data.
13. Assist with audit preparation and monthly, quarterly, and annual funder reports.
14. May provide program coverage in the absence of the Director as required.
15. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
The Direct Services – Manager is responsible for leading service delivery such as, case management services, barrier removal,
resource navigation, job preparation, and retention services. Works cross-collaboratively with other division managers to
ensure seamless integration of services are delivered to every program participant. Engages management level leaders from
external criminal justice partner agencies. Assist leadership with the development of strategies for mission driven impact and
plans implementation steps. This position ensures high-quality transformational services are provided to program participant.
