Position Overview:
Goodwill Industries of NWNC, Inc. is looking for a talented, skilled, and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to be responsible for administrative and clerical support for all functional areas of the Human Resources operations. This work includes but is not limited to the creation of reports, spreadsheets, forms, documents, mailings, presentations and memos. This position is also responsible for reviewing and ensuring that entries into the Human Resources Management System are accurate and contain all required supporting documentation, creating and maintaining personnel files, leading and participating in special projects, assisting internal and external customers with inquiries and questions, maintaining confidentiality, and full support of HR operations.

Educational Requirements:
Associate degree required; Bachelor degree in Business, HR, or closely related field, preferred. HR certificate or certification is also preferred but not required.
