Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, remarketing renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required. 
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and carriers to maintain client retention.
• Assisting clients with policy changes.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. 

Requirements

• Already have or able to obtain a Property & Casualty License. 
• Professional office experience, Insurance experience a plus. 
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed. 
• Experience with larger commercial account management a plus.
