Goodfellow Bros. has always maintained that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now seeking to add to our team. Our Wenatchee, Washington office is looking for an individual to join our Accounts Receivable team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist!

The Wenatchee Office is located in Central Washington and has 50 employees. This office provides accounting, payroll, and other financial support to our regional offices in Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the accounting management team with the common goal of adhering to our core values and striving to provide best of class support to our operations teams. The A/R Specialist will be a resource for regional and project managers in regard to billings and will be expected to be very proficient in Vista modules - Accounts Receivable and Job Billing. The AR Specialist will assist the AR Manager in the overall department processes and goals.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the monthly contract billing process as requested and review cost vs revenue reports to ensure that all billings have been posted for the month.
• Provide support and training to project teams regarding job billing.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and miscellaneous deposits.
• Research and solve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with lien release creation, tracking, and execution.
• Production ticket input, reconciliation, and invoicing for paving companies
• Create and deliver miscellaneous A/R invoices.
• Create monthly A/R financial reports.
• Any duties and projects deemed necessary by management.

Required Education, Experience, and Technical Knowledge

• Prefer a two or four-year accounting degree.
• Knowledge of basic accounting required.
• Must have experience with MS Office Suite.

Pay: $23.55 - $29.32 per hour
