Goodberry's in Raleigh, NC is looking for one services manager to join our team. We are located on 13260 Strickland Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop cashiers
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance in achieving sales goals
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Edit schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Communicating customer feedback by Google and Yelp reviews to drive customer service goals
- Conduct speed audits to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
