As we move into a third generation business, we are looking for team members that continue to build our long term reputation within the pool and spa industry.Job DescriptionAs our growth continues beyond our first 60 years, our inventory purchasing specialist plays a key role in moving our company forward by providing support for every aspect of our business.As a Purchasing Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Goodall Pools and Spas, you will contribute to our goals by providing invaluable support to all of our crews and stores. You will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and will work closely and independently with all divisions of Goodall Pools.What you’ll ContributeIn this role, you can expect to:· Prepare and complete warehouse orders and transfers accurately and timely.· Maintain positive relationships with vendors through the purchasing process as directed.· Order materials and product on a timely basis.· Update pricing in a timely fashion as directed.· Assist with administrative functions as requested.· Communicate between all divisions of Goodall Pools information relating to pricing, lead times, changes in supplies and suppliers etc..· Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all retail locations and other divisions at Goodall Pools and Spas.What It Takes to SucceedAt Goodall Pools and Spas, People and Culture are central to everything we accomplish.
