Host/Host

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/hotel
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and other restaurant/hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to help and assist guests effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.73 - $13.82 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
