Good Choice is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near Corpus Christi, TX

Are you a charismatic communicator with a passion for building connections? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Cold Callers! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and are driven by success, this is the opportunity for you. No experience is required. This is a commission-only position.

Compensation:

$55,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

  • Goal-Oriented: You have a target in sight and won't stop until you've hit the bullseye.

What You'll Do

  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, or via text to introduce them to the amazing world of solar energy.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with potential customers and establish trust in our solar solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to conduct in-depth consultations and custom solar assessments.
  • Continuously learn about the latest solar technology and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone presence.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related role is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus!
