Parts & Service Sales Representative

Position:

This position is responsible for representing our company by traveling to customer locations 3-5 days a week to promote parts and technician services, address customer concerns, perform other sales follow-up activities, and represent our company as a solution specialist consistently exceeding expectations. Goal is to deliver on what our name represents Build on Superior Service. Position reports to the store daily until the location is ready for a Full-Time PSSR.

Responsibilities:

• Capture business opportunities for the entire organization
• Market the brands our company represents
• Aggressively promote parts and service capabilities
• Assist in the creation of special parts promotions
• Perform follow-up calls with key customers
• Quote service repair work & parts
• Address customer concerns as a solution specialist resolving problems effectively
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate accordingly
• Participate in product presentations at customer location
• Collaborate with others to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
• Be self-motivated and energetic, paying close attention to the detail
• Transport equipment with company pick-up and trailer as needed

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in equipment, parts or service sales
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Outside Sales, Parts or Service experience
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Organized and passionate about selling parts and service
• Good technical understanding of Equipment, parts and service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
