The Leasing Agent at Good Carbon Co is a vital team member responsible for promoting and leasing net-zero emission free apartment rentals to prospective tenants. This position requires a welcoming and helpful presence, excellent communication, and customer service skills. Reporting to the Tenant Relations Manager, the Leasing Agent plays a key role in scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and facilitating the leasing process. This individual will collaborate with multiple departments to provide constructive feedback for continual process, building, and unit improvements.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Showings:

• Work to schedule showing appointments with prospective tenants.
• Conduct showings of apartments to prospective tenants.
• Answer all questions related to the leasing process, unit, and building.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate with multiple departments to ensure constructive feedback for continual improvements.
• Submit maintenance requests for in-unit damages.
• Ensure that units being leased are in compliance with Good Carbon Co’s apartment standards.

Leasing Process:

• Complete the screening process and ensure prospective tenants align with Good Carbon Co.’s leasing qualifications.
• Perform the move-in process.
• Follow up with tenants after moving in to ensure satisfaction.

Availability:

• Be available to provide leasing coverage on weekends.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to make a wide range of general home repairs.
• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Driver's license willingness to travel to properties.
