Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an EV Charging Station Setup and Integration Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless setup and integration of EV charging heads, ensuring they are properly connected to Wifi, registered in our device portal, and all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Integration: Install and set up EV charging heads at designated locations, ensuring proper connection to Wifi networks and integration into our device portal system.
• Device Registration: Register each installed charging head in our device portal, providing necessary information and ensuring accurate documentation of each device.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any connectivity issues with charging heads, resolving them promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Documentation: Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including checklists, installation reports, and any other relevant paperwork.
• Data Tracking: Utilize basic data tracking and Excel skills to maintain records of installed charging heads, including location, installation date, and any relevant notes.
• Communication: Coordinate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure smooth installation and integration processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using phones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Ability to connect devices to Wifi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Basic knowledge of data tracking and Excel for maintaining installation records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple installations simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in installing or working with EV charging stations or similar electronic devices.
• Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and industry standards.
• Certification or training in electrical work or related field.
