Role:
We are looking for a proactive individual with golf experience to support daily operations. This person must have administrative skills and a genuine desire to represent the brand, facilitate lasting impressions with customers and build relationships that ensure repeat business.
Primary Responsibilities
Adult Lessons, Junior Golf Academy, customers service, sales, corporate outings
Report to Operations Manager
1. Ensure world-class customer service to all students and stakeholders
2. Manage customer journey from initial contact through to on-site experience and post-lesson
3. Manage and structure lesson scheduling by way of phone calls, emails and online bookings
4. Proactive sales outreach to book new and returning students including Full Time Students, Camps, PDP’s and Adult Lessons.
5. Coordinate outside operations staff and lesson schedule for LGA instructors
6. Process payments through lesson booking and finance systems
7. Work with marketing department to drive awareness of academy successes and promotions
8. Work with Finance and Administration staff on reconciliation of sales and inventory
9. Facilitate successful site visits of prospect students for Full Time academy
10. Coordination of camps running throughout the year

1. Experience in customer service or sales
2. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable with engaging clients face to face
3. Effective communicator via telephone, email
4. Demonstrate a desire to service and build relationships with customers
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
