We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee our three branch locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, while spearheading business development initiatives throughout the state. This is a mobile position as GCH conducts Golf Car Retail, Service, and Rental business throughout the state under the multiple DBA’s of Fore Wheeler Golf Cars, Caddyshack Golf Cartz, and GCH Rentals and Leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers and staff in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Drive business development efforts to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
• Actively monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of retail and sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout the state as part of daily and weekly duties.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
