We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Transcribe notes and messages accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized office
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office Suite
- Experience with order entry systems is a plus
