As a Retail Sales Representative it will be your duty to provide excellent customer service and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

We are looking for highly independent and motivated people. Those with high standards and a sense of pride in their work. You will not be micromanaged in this position, therefore you must be capable of keeping yourself busy. If you are someone who needs constant guidance, this position is not for you. We are a small business that cares deeply for the well being of our employees, as such we expect you to give that same attention and care to our customers.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store, dusting, sweeping, re-organizing etc.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked
• Providing up to date inventory to Managers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services, especially Vape related products
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Customer service, conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques
• Self-Motivated, capable of working independently
• Ability to handle high levels of stress
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds.
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 5 hours per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
