What Our Retail Sales Associate Will Do:

• Engage with customers in a retail environment to cultivate brand awareness and stimulate sales growth
• Efficiently enroll customers in home improvement services and seamlessly transition them to a senior-level sales manager for final sign-off
• Participate in daily meetings to remain informed about the latest home improvement trends and updates on our client's products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize customer engagement
• Adhere to our clients' compliance standards while upholding a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
• Provide comprehensive training to entry-level team members to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations

What You Will Bring to the Table as a Retail Sales Associate:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience in a sales, retail, customer service, or client-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Ability to value different perspectives and work with diverse groups of people
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
