- Supervise, oversee and assist activities of Call Center Agents. Readjust lunches & daily Call Center schedules, Call Center operational duties and see work is distributed as needed. Also, to observe Call Center Agents provide positive and helpful service standards.
- Oversee daily Call Center Department operations; internal & external work order allocation monitoring, accuracy with engineering & housekeeping team schedules, text message communication monitoring, telephones/radios, Long distance call system monitoring, calls waiting, etc.
- Handle guest calls and escalation calls.
- Ensure department equipment is operational.
- Assist Call Center Manager with monitoring daily call volumes.
- Compile reports requested by Call Center Manager.
- Perform Call Center duties as agents when required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Ability to meet or exceed department guest service standards
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required; LMS experience preferred.
