Banquet Chef
A Banquet Chef is responsible for preparing food and beverage items for guests by following recipe specifications while utilizing proper preparation and sanitation guidelines.
Proper set up of assigned stations
Keep workstation clean, organized, stocked, safe and sanitized
Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good condition
Attentive and detail oriented; work as a team player
Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods
Minimum of one to two years culinary experience preferred
Ability to read and understand recipe specifications
Minimum age requirement is 18
