Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including team management, food service management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers. Duties: - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support - Oversee daily operations, including food production, inventory management, and quality control - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner - Conduct interviews, hire, train, and evaluate staff members - Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities - Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events such as banquets or catering services - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in team management, food service management, or related field - Strong knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations, including banquet and catering services - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and customers - Proven ability to interview, hire, train, and develop employees - Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Proficient in computer systems/software used for inventory management and reporting We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
