Job DescriptionThe PM is expected to work directly with Superintendents, PE’s and field personnel. The candidate should excel in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, local building authorities, and other professionals. The PM is responsible for communication with all parties involved and ensuring the projects timelines are met. They may develop and implement, construction schedules, evaluate and adjust work sequences, enforce and coordinate site safety and federal OSHA requirements, coordinate site logistics, work coordination meetings with major subcontractors, quality control, and project documentation reports. QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a degree and 8 years of experience as a Multi/Fam Program Manager. Heavy Commercial Construction with at least 3 years of Multi/fam will be considered. In lieu of degree, 10 years of experience is desired with a strong resume on complex projects. Past experience representing all trades for as a PM ideal. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10-hour OSHA training, first aid and CPR certification. Must have a Valid Driver’s License and pass a background check in addition to a good driving record. Additional InformationWe offer salary plus an excellent commission scale, plus great training and growth potential.
