Hx of prematurity (born at 27 weeks), CLD with need for supplemental oxygen, mild pulmonary hypertension, a history of a PFO, spells (concern for seizures), a subglottic cyst (s/p decompression 12/21/2021), laryngomalacia, GERD, Alpha thalassemia trait, developmental delay, gastrostomy status, oral motor aversion with dependence on GT feeds
