TITLE: TREASURY MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALISTSTATUS: NON-EXEMPTREPORTS TO: DIRECTOR - PAYMENT OPERATIONSDEPARTMENT: PAYMENT OPERATIONSJOB CODE: 11663PAY RANGE: $29.43 - $34.00 HOURLY GENERAL DESCRIPTION:As a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and quality control of payment origination and fraud prevention capabilities for Business Online Banking. This position is non-member facing and focuses exclusively on configuring and optimizing systems to enable business members to utilize secure payment capabilities through our online banking platform. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional service will be instrumental in supporting our business members.TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to configure and customize Business Online Banking systems to meet the payment origination and fraud prevention needs of business members.Conduct rigorous testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Provide troubleshooting and resolution assistance to internal teams encountering issues with system integrations, payment processing, or fraud prevention functionalities.Prepare and collect data to ensure ACH origination annual reviews are completed in a timely manner, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.Be responsible for adding appropriate billing codes to the business members' accounts for the payment services utilized, ensuring accurate billing and accounting.Ensure to meet fulfillment with current department SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to provide timely and efficient support to business members.Create and maintain department policies and procedures to standardize processes, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency in payment origination and fraud prevention.Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support internal staff in understanding and utilizing system configurations effectively.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payment origination and fraud prevention processes within Business Online Banking systems, enhancing efficiency and usability for business members.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to payment processing, fraud prevention, and online banking security. Ensure that all system configurations and processes adhere to applicable regulations and internal policies.PHYSICAL SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXERTION UTILIZED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE TASK:Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and cover technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of banking operations, payment processing system fraud prevention strategies, and regulatory requirements governing electronic payments.Solid understanding of financial concepts, including cash management, liquidity, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Familiarity with various treasury products and services offered to commercial clients, such as ACH payments, wire transfers, lockbox services, and merchant services.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, such as financial calculators, personal computer, facsimile machine, and telephone.ORGANIZATIONAL CONTACTS & RELATIONSHIPS:INTERNAL: Branches, Contact Center, Business Member Services, Lending, and other departments.EXTERNAL: Other financial institutions, correspondent bank, and vendorsQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION: Successful completion of High School or GED required.Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ experience in treasury management, banking operations, or financial services, with a focus on commercial and business functions.2 years’ experience with system implementation, configuration, and/or integration, particularly in relation to treasury management systems and banking platforms used by commercial clients.2 years’ experience with customer service Previous experience with Fiserv DNA, Q2, Ensenta and/or iPay preferred. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.High level of awareness and vigilance in identifying potential fraudulent checks.Excellent communication skills to interact with internal business partners.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Professional member relations skills Proficient computer skills and software experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.Corrected vision within the normal range.Hearing within normal range.
